"Spread Your Leaves" Native Tree Coupon
The Native Tree Program is available from March 1 through Nov. 20. How to participate: Show this coupon for up to $50 off any native tree (up to six trees) at participating nurseries. Stack this coupon with the State of Maryland's coupon ! Coupons are only available for plantings outside the Critical Area (see below for a separate Critical Area program). Register your name, address and the species of your new tree(s) during checkout at the participating nursery. Go home and plant your trees to see them magically appear on the online watershed map! Submit photos of your tree(s) by tagging them #CalvertSpreadYourLeaves on social media or email them to NativeTree@calvertcountymd.gov for a chance to be highlighted! *Coupons are not redeemable for cash. Per state regulation, plantings within the Critical Area are funded through a separate program, Critical Area Reforestation Evaluation (CARE). CARE offers free trees for Critical Area property owners to help the County maintain 100% of existing forest cover within the Critical Area.
