OurCalvert: Resources for Life

What Is OurCalvert?

OurCalvert.org is a cloud-based, mobile-friendly resource website for service providers and community members that allows for real-time information, enhances access to services, and empowers citizens to more effectively address their human service needs. Staff from local agencies, recipients of local services, citizen advocates, and local leaders collaborated to make this site a reality and continue to support its maintenance.

Why Was OurCalvert Created?

The Interagency Council for Children, Youth and Families (IAC) and the Calvert County Family Network (CCFN) identified the need for a resource directory that could be updated in real time and serve as a single point of access for resource information. Members of the CCFN and the IAC designed OurCalvert.org to improve access to resources and services for Calvert County citizens.
